Dues information
Single membership: $15

The annual individual membership dues include three portions: national, state and local, as provided in the bylaws. The Texas and National PTAs keep their portions of the dues nominal to make membership for all interested individuals possible in each PTA in which they desire membership.

When you join your local PTA, you are automatically a member of the state and national PTAs. You and more than 6.5 million others are National PTA! As a member of your local PTA, you will have the following opportunities:

  • to know that you can make a difference for your child and all children, just by joining your PTA and showing your support
  • to participate in family-oriented activities and projects
  • to support school activities, whether at school, at home, or at your workplace, that strengthen the family-school-community partnership
  • to learn about important issues affecting children in your community
  • to obtain resources and other materials on a wide variety of concerns of today’s parents and families
  • to subscribe to Our Children magazine at the member rate for up-to-date information on family and child issues
