A note on the Harry Stone IB program

Dear Parents and Students,
The article entitled, “The Transformative Nature of an IB Education,” is the perfect answer to why Harry Stone became an IB school. Additionally, it explains the “intangible” benefits of an IB education that we often have difficulty expressing.  We can talk about IB Learner Profile Traits and Approaches to Learning, but to see the students successfully instigating, implementing and engaging in action is the proof of the value of our program.

I invite everyone to the Community Project Presentations the MYP3 students will give in February.  You will be inspired by what these young people have accomplished for the betterment of our human community and see the perfect expression of what an IB education is all about.
